This week it’s all about learning how to focus that attention into seeing the beautiful story, not the lackluster one.
You’ve already started a practice of journaling every morning, now up the ante by using that journal time to focus on three things: A pleasure you’ve received, something you’re proud of yourself for doing, and a passion, desire or curiosity that your interested in exploring.
